Opinions on Windows XP®

I resent the fact that Microsoft disabled the Personal Web Server in the Home edition and then buried that fact fairly deep in their support pages. It is not obvious when making a buying decision that you lose your ftp server (which I use daily).

I've been having problems ever since attempting to install PGPFreeware 7.0.3 so it's hard to tell if these were XP problems waiting to bite me or just side effects.
