Use by #define OOF_MEM_DEBUG_LAST_INCLUDE "oofDebugNew.h"

Note:

contrary to comments in debugnew.cp, the use of DebugNew is documented in the Targeting MacOS PDF or HTML docs, and NOT in a separate DebugNew.doc file.
