Detailed Description

Abstract report-writer drawing element.

Used primarily for Windows - we had to implement our own after Windows NT proved unreliable at redrawing metafiles.

Todo:

migrate the Mac PICT-based drawing to use oofDE as some users have found this a useful bottleneck.
